VintageCigarStore.com is owned and operated in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The inventory at the Vintage Cigar Store has resulted from decades of collecting cigars. These cigars have been acquired and accumulated mostly through private party collections in the United States and abroad; the Netherlands, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Spain, and Portugal to name a few locations. Obviously, condition is paramount when purchasing such a delicate item. I have cigars in my collection and inventory that are over 100 years old so I cannot speak to the storage practices and travels of these cigars, however I can say while in my care they all have been properly stored. Most new arrivals have been subjected to the freeze/thaw process, as recommended by major manufacturers, before they entered any of my sealed humidors. I will not sell or ship visibly damaged cigars although the original packaging may have documented imperfections. Many of the cigars are in sealed or full boxes and I have not sampled them to provide a flavor profile. Vintage Cigar Store is not a brick and mortar shop. My rare inventory is not so fragile that they cannot be handled, however they are best not displayed while kept in the proper aging and humidor environment until shipped.
