It appears as it is written in 1928, that the Diamond cigar co has been making the White house cigar as early as 1920. Max Diamond was the former owner of the Diamond cigar co and continued to manage and operate factories in Jersey, Delaware, PA and possibly Ohio, despite the fact that C.N. Foreman owned and controlled the company. This box was produced in York, PA.
