Shipping
Every cigar or box will be inspected for condition prior to packaging. Order processing, inspection including photo documentation, packaging and USPS pickup will occur within 24 hrs of an order when placed during business hours. All shipping will be by USPS priority with tracking provided. AGE VERIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. A hydration pack will be included. Insurance will be provided through USPS and all claim filing will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping to Utah and South Dakota (more to follow) have been eliminated because they have a zero tolerance tobacco mail order statutes.
Returns and refunds
Authorized returns will be accepted if the product is returned and received in the same condition as when it was purchased. Items will be compared to photos made during pre shipping inspections and any discrepancy may cause a deduction from a refund. Product must be returned within two weeks of original ship date. Returns must be shipped USPS priority mail and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
