On-line tobacco sales is a heavy regulated, ever changing business. To eliminate our exposure to liability and the high costs of doing business or shipping to some states with extra ordinary compliance, we may decide to avoid or discontinue service to certain locations at anytime. To ensure the minimum age requirement is adhered to we will require age verification upon entry to the site, during checkout and at the time of delivery. Although some states have a minimum age of 18, we will be following the federal age requirement of 21 years of age. Please be prepared for the recipient to provide proof of age 21 or older to the delivery carrier. Vintage Cigar Store will pay the carrier for this service. If delivery fails because the age verification is not satisfied, the buyer will be charged by refund deduction; the age verification fee, all shipping costs (including return) and a $10 processing fee.
